Lo que la gente dice
I liked Vickie the Front desk clerk. She was very helpful and polite.
The bed was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was a nice
benefit and I liked that it started at 6:00 am.
Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.
Location, convenient to auditorium.
staff, convenience, pet friendly.
The swimming pool was unusually deep for a hotel - 8 feet at deep end, which meant diving was possible.
There are a few restaurants just a short walk along the road.
The staff were friendly and helpful. todo comentarios »
clean room, friendly and helpful staff
PS Barre was only a pit stop on our way yo Lake Placid.
The new beds and linens were excellent!.
price & location for our visit.
Close location to Barre and Highway.
Location to Montpelier.
Friendly helpful Staff.
Liked nothing.
I did not like the bathroom lightswitch on the outside because my kids
put me in the dark. The shower head was positioned too low being about 5
feet 5 inches higher than the tub and I don't like bending over to
rinse my hair.
Wasn't as clean as it could have been.
bed was not comfortable.
The concrete around the pool would benefit from some repair work and there are a few areas with sharp edges to keep the children away from.
The reception area was under refurbishment and it wasn't immediately obvious where to go for check-in as it seemed more like a building site.
The room seemed a bit uneven - not a level floor.
old style crt tv, cramped bathroom, floor slanted to the rear of the unit.
1) Breakfast area had no handicap access -- down in a basement,
apparently temporarily.
2) Ice machine sign is not big enough to see across the parking lot.
3) Room 128 needs a 'shim' under the new carpet threshold going into the bathroom. We both tripped.
4) Directions should be a part of a reservation process -- this was not easy to find!.
problem with switch board routing calls to our room & the view.
There was a furnace oil leak in the motel basement that filtered through the vents into our room, causing us to be nauseas with headaches. All our clothing was fumed with diesel and we could not take a shower. Staff did not come for a welfare check.
At check in they old me that they were no longer pet friendly. I told
them that according to your website they are. Apparently they forgot to
tell anyone. They did allow me to stay with dogs, but they held a
deposit until they were satisfied that we didn't trash the room.
That was fair. It is definitely a low budget motel and not up to the 7.7
rating on your wwebsite.
Extremely dated rooms. Very noisy in the late evening.
Lobby looked abandoned, and had to literally yell multiple times for someone. Breakfast such as it was, was in a dingy basement which stunk. Arrived after dark and hotel sign was poorly lit and difficult to see. Not located in a good part of town, and no restaurants nearby. Chose this inpart because it was a Days Inn, and am astounded that it is a part of that chain. We were on the second floor, and felt that it tilted.
