Anaco Bay Inn was a great place to stay on our vacation. Easy to find and such a cute little Inn. Was very happy that we booked this for our vacation. Clean and quite place with a nice breakfast. Added bonus was having a small refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also has a great pizza place right next door. Highly recommend the Anaco Bay Inn. King bed was comfortable. Room had a gas fireplace, nice on a chilly night. Kitchenette was a plus. Hot tub on second floor was large. WiFi was stable and strong from our room. Everything appeared to be clean. We have stayed here several times over the past few years and will stay here again.

Breakfast is plentiful and has a variety of items on offer. Very comfortable, clean and staff super friendly and helpful with suggestions on where to eat, how to get around. We liked everything about this hotel. We stayed in Anacortes to go whale watching on on way back to Seattle. My friends and I had a great time at the Inn.We stayed at the 2 villas which have 2 bedrooms each. It was perfect. It was like a home from home. Will stay there again with my family sometime soon. Cleanliness and the Victorian look of the hotel. It is a older building and the carpets are quite old. But due to cleanliness and complimenting decorations, they look regal instead of dumpy. Clean, Staff was helpful. Classical music was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. Internet was spotie. Improve the channels on the TV. What is on the TV now is bad for my mental health. Very nice. Furnished nicely. Safe neighborhood. Could walk to eat. Staff helpful with computer and directions. China in breakfast room. Rooms very good sized. Kitchenette was a surprise. Loved the size of room, and two queen beds. You don't find two good size beds often in motels. Clean, friendly staff, great b'fast in the morning. All good and for a good price!. My husband and I stayed at the Anaco Bay Inn after my oral surgery. The staff was fantastic and the room was perfect. Terrific value. Had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was excellent it had a microwave, dishes, coffee maker and everything you needed to have a nice meal. We stayed one night on our way to Vancouver and it was perfect. We had the 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen-lots of room for the family! Great value!. Very quiet and private. The hostess was very accommodating of our odd arrival and departure schedule and she gave us some great tips about the area. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with the added bonus of a gas fireplace. Very friendly staff and the breakfast was perfect!!. The staff were great. We had a nice cozy room with fireplace at a very reasonable price. We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The Manager was very cordial and helpful. She shared wonderful classical music CDs with me and gave me a very convenient room. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchen since we were leaving before the continental breakfast was available free of charge. Staff sensitive to handicap and quickly respond to requests. Very nice room and hot tub. Good, varied choice for breakfast. We were there for quick stay in order to catch an early ferry the next day and the room was great - no complaints. Main floor king room had couch, fireplace and kitchenette. Hot tub and laundry on second floor. The rooms were large the bathroom was large it was close driving time to downtown. Breakfast was OK, but nothing memorable. I love everything. Would like larger tv. Bed not made second day of stay. Not sure why. Got it mixed up with the Anaco Inn coming back to hotel at night. All else with hotel was great. No negative comments. Not a darn thing to dislike!. Just going up the stairs and no elevators especially if you are old like us. Other that that it was awesome. Nothing bad to say. It was all good. It was nice to have a gas fireplace in the room. However the fan was noisy rather than quiet which detracted from the pleasure of the fire on a rainy day. This is the only negative comment that I have. A little bit of a drive to Downtown. Hot tub closes at 9 :(. Too much light from external signage to get a good night's sleep. The Continental breakfast was a bit skimpy. Microwave in my room appeared to not work. noisy airconditioning unit inside room, coffee machine was not properly cleaned (old coffee filter did not get removed). The ice machine was out of ordered. We were charged on our credit card at the time of booking (more than a month before travel). When I inquired the staff indicated that this is letsbookhotel.com policy. As I understand, it is not. Need more variety in offering for breakfast and also longer hours to be able to eat. A bit old, not lenient with checkout time at all. Nada. Ran out of toilet paper & No extra blanket available in room. Couldn't watch TV from the jacuzzi tub. Would have liked handicapped toilet (higher) in downstairs room. The Continental Breakfast was bare minimum. Perhaps because it was off season?. Our room was right next door to a pizza restuarant and there was noise all evening and quite a lot of the night. Made sleeping really hard. A little dated in terms of decor. No comfy chairs in the room for TV and lounging. Unfortunately there was a distinct smell of smokers in the hotel, thankfully our room did not smell anything like a smoker. Traffic noise first night. No elevators. Rooms and hotel were dated, but par for Anacortes (no Super8 or Best western). Bed was on the hard side and couch seat cushions were too soft. Décor was '80's. Unfortunately, people in the room above us were moving about quite loudly late at night and early in the morning for first two days allowing us little sleep. i thought the decorations were outdated. the pillows on the bed were lumpy. the mail didn't pick the throw pillows off the floor and put on bed when making it dirty dishes were not taken away. the sheets had some holes in them i felt the value for the price was not good also there were no comfort chairs in the room where you could sit and read the lobby smells of mold.
