good location. i stayed in a 2-bedroom-apartment, which was a great value for money. very clean. all the necissities are available. i'd certainly come back to this hotel and recommend it to my friends

sorrounding constructions, but i'm realistic, dubai is a big building workshop

we had a 2-days blackout, totally not due to the hotel's responsibility, as they were doing some works on a construction site nearby

the room, the location. the value, free shuttle to the airport. taxes included despite what was said on this site

not much, just a tiny problem putting the key cards in the holder to get the electricity on in the room

staff were very helpfull giving privacy when required. early check in was no problem. breakfast was excellent.no noise from large amount of construction work all around.

air con not working no instructions. same with tv. got hot in night no fresh air.tourist info not in room only found maps on departure so went sight seeing with no info or guidance.

The staff were helpful and friendly yet very professional. The room was excellent value for money, and the location adjacent to the Mall of the Emirates is unbeatable for a shopping trip!

Well located next to Mall of Emirates. Very well appointed rooms for an aoartment hotel, Staff were friendly (though check-out was a little slow)

Very friendly and helpful staff. Any minor problems were dealt with swiftly and pleasantly

The non availability of a variety of coffee for breakfast. Tissues were used for napkins and had to be asked for as they were not automatically on the table. This may be fine for 3 star but the GT are aspiring to go 4 star. Also there is alot and I mean alot of construction going on around 3 sides of the hotel.

It's near to mall of emirates, walking distance. near from Burj alArab, Souq Jumiera ... mina salam, Atlantis.. the rooms was clean, tidy

the spa one room only, there's only guy that doing massage. the construction view :(, there's no feather pillow, i can't sleep because the pillow was hard

I found the staff at the hotel very eager to please. They were having electrical problems while I was there and as compensation gave me extra-late check out, which otherwise would have costed me an extra night, so I was pleased there. A rather sleek new hotel. The hotel restaurant was okay.

There were teething-problems during my stay. The hotel was obviously very new and there was feel of the staff still needing to get to grips with nuts and bolts problems. Or at least this was my impression. A few things didn't work, but were promptly fixed. The area had nothing else to offer other than construction sites, but that seemed to be Dubai in general. So nothing cultural to offer.
