At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. But it actually has a giant shopping complex next door, plenty of good restaurants, the metro station is very close and there is quite a large park a little further away. Hotel is excellent in everyway and the facilities include some very fine detail, which makes the accommodation extremely good. I travel extensively and the Cosmopolite must be one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the last 25 years. Well Done !!

Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking
distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise.
Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being
american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the
language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with
spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

New and stylish hotel, they also have a very pretty restaurant Matis located on the 12th floor with stunning views of Kiev. My room was well-equipped and comfortable. My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for. The staff ( all ) staff, were very welcoming polite friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and the Matisse restaurant on the 15th floor provided a beautiful breakfast daily which we savored whilst enjoying the panoramic views of the city. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so
friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling
with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a
high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be
beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we
checked out so I liked that too.
