El monasterio de San Miguel y la famosa calle de Kreschatyk están a 10 minutos a pie. La estación de metro más cercana es la estación de Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

The staff were very friendly and responsive to all my emails and requests, also during my stay they were always closely in touch and proactive double checking if I had everything I needed. The apartment appearance matches with the pictures. WiFi is speedy. Hot/cold water and pressure without any problems.
Apartments on Prorizna 5: greatly located in the very heart of Kiev. Helpful and friendly staff. Quite a good choice for one who wants to explore Kiev. Kitchenette perfectly allows you not to eat out, thus saving your money.todo comentarios
Great location! Easy access to the Metro and felt secure and safe. The
staff at the office were always polite and professional at all times and

I stayed at the apt on Kostyol'naya, 9.
- Too dark as windows face nothing but the wall. I would have liked to know this in advance, also there is no balcony.
- You can very well hear everything that is happening on the staircase - elevator moving, neighbors doors opening etc.
Apartments on Prorizna 5: room itself and furniture need some renovation. Despite the accomodation is bookable for three people, it is mostly equipped for two guests (I mean number of chairs, toiletry sets, etc.).
The bathroom sink was slightly blocked. No balcony as advertised.
I had no problems with anything.
It was a little tricky to find the right entrance for the first time. I do not understand why there is no ceiling in the bathroom so that it is connected to the main room with a kitchen. Preparing food you can hear all sounds from the bathroom (?).
Door locks: you need always the key for opening and closing the door of the room and the corridor door has a automatic lock. So if someone want to go out alone he could not take keys with him.
