  The receptionist was fantastic. Given the time of night i arrived to book in, she was warm, friendly, full of knowledge and gave me all info i would need for my stay. She was a real testament to the hotel. - the staff were very helpful - getting me cabs and giving me directions as a lady on her own I found this very useful and comforting
