The room was big with the beach view. There was a tea pot and overstuffed chairs so you can sit there with your tea and see the beach. The location is the best because it is at the end of the esplanade so it is not as noisy as the other hotels. Just around the corner are great bars and restaurants. I liked the bright colors and deco in the rooms.

The hotel is in a great location and the views are beautiful. The the room was excellent, comfortable, well set out, and very tastefully decorated. The continental breakfast was very varied, tasty and ample and the owner was really nice and very helpful. Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. I would definitely recommend it.

The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.

High standards, attention to detail and 'personal' touch. The hotel is extremely well run and both bedrooms and guests' lounge are stylish and comfortable. It was lovely room, and we could not find any fault with anything,the staff are a credit to the hotel, and the owner was very friendly and helpful - Very clean and tasteful. Bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast delicious. Beautiful lounge where you can sit/watch TV/make a drink.

Everything! When we arrived the room was ready 2 hours early. Jane had mades us a cake as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. All the little extra touches made the stay all the better. We arrived
and were given tea/coffee and cakes in the lounge. There were 2
small cakes left in our room everyday. The refreshment area in the room
was really well supplied, and there was a jug of fresh drinking water.
All cups, glasses, and jugs were not just rinsed out daily, they were
replaced with new ones. In the room, and also in the dining room, was a
huge collection of books. It was a freezing cold Easter, and had been

Lovely warm welcome from Sue and Grant who are very welcoming and
chatty, we had two rooms and both were beautifully decorated and
spotlessly clean throughout, the B&B is in an ideal position within
easy walking distance of the town but far enough out so as not to be
noisy. The full English breakfast was very nice and the Juice and coffee

and we would definitely return. -
From the moment we arrived we were made to feel at home by Sue and
Grant. Grant even helped with our cases (you don’t get that level of
service at a Premier Inn). We had a lovely room on the first floor at
the front of the b+b that had been refurbished to a very high standard.
A full choice of breakfast was available, cooked really well by Grant.
Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. Won’t hesitate in booking again.
