We loved the fact that it was not trendy & old fashioned - comfortable - many sofas - chairs etc scattered around the hotel where you can rest - lovely friendly bar - also many tables /benches where you can sit & have a drink outside facing the sea - Would definitely return here !

The bedroom / ensuite were excellent and very very comfortable. The Staff were so helpful and friendly and the whole atmosphere was so magical. This was a present to my husband and I for our 50th wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back in the not too distant future.

Central seafront location, good food, ( we only stayed b&b though), quiet at night despite location. Caters for ( but not exclusively for) the partially- sighted, but all were made very welcome. Free parking on site, and very helpful and friendly staff. Five minutes amble to the town centre shops, and the beach and new Pier were over the road.

My stay was peaceful comfortable and a total pleasure. All staff are very friendly and the hotel has real character. My room was clean and the bathroom was lovely and breakfast was good. The location is perfect and the hotel is clearly a gem for those short breaks and even long stays. Just remember this is a 3 star real hotel with a 5 star staff who are really what makes this place such a pleasure to stay at. I look forward to going back again and again and strongly suggest you try this lovely

Excellent location close to beach and pier and also ideal for the town centre. Booking in at reception was so easy and relaxed and all required information was given by a very knowlegable receptionist and it only took a few minutes. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and plenty of clean towels. We did have an evening meal at the Smiths

thought the staff were all fantastic could not do enough for us in all our demands. I cannot fault anyone who worked there always a smile and a friendly hello.I had a small issue with the room when we got there but John sorted it straight away and to be fair it was unforeseen, i am a great believer in seeing how issues are dealt with and i have very high standards when i have paid good money for a service.

On arrival we found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful and we were checked in quickly.

Very friendly welcome and check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great meal deal with Beefeater (ajoined) Huge breakfast choice and 3 course evening meal with a drink. Fabulous food. A nice weekend break and very close to outlet shopping and Weston town. Great staff in hotel and restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Very good service. I booked a twin room on-line but wanted to change it to a double room afterwards and I requested to arrange a little surprise, at arrival in the room, for my boyfriends birthday. There was no problem at all to arrange these things for me. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice lady who showed us around & booked us in. Rooms were very clean & decorated nicely. Myself and a friend stayed here & were very surprised how close we were to the attractions (pubs!!) would highly recommend this to anyone planning on a trip to Weston!!

ideally situated close to everything. Having a car park next door was very good , we were given a notice to put in the car which meant we didn't have to pay a parking fee. We will definitely be going back.

Arrived and greeted by Roy, very welcoming and friendly, showed us to our room (6&7) which was lovely with a view of the sea/pier. Stayed for two nights with my partner, for a rest bite without the children. Meet Margaret the first morning,as she was serving the delicious full english breakfast cooked by Roy. Excellent welcome, checked in earlier than thought we could, room small but perfectly formed, bed was super comfy, breakfast was excellent and it was a 5 minute stroll to the sea and bars etc.

Very friendly & excellent service. The rooms were outstanding, with modern decoration and facilities. The guest house was exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfortable.
Breakfast was exceptional, with so much to choose from. We received a warm and friendly welcome from Pat. This was my first stay in Weston, and we would definitely book again, and recommend Flora Glen to everyone.
