Lo que la gente dice
This hotel is a hidden gem. The bedrooms were beautiful and well designed. The Beds were extremely comfy :) and the food delicious. The staff we're attentive and friendly. It is in a fantastic little village with smart shops. Loved the place :).
Staff friendliness - nothing was too much bother. Excellent food and good range of prices for wines. Beautifully decorated. Open all day - loved the real community feel. Enjoyed the wine-tasting evening - knowledgeable 'salesman'.todo comentarios »
Relaxed. Nice balance between gourmet restaurant dining and simpler but unusual bar food. Really like the fact that you use locally sourced food and ales. Might be nice to say on menu where food comes from ie which farm.
Extremely friendly and helpful stuff. Cosy pub atmosphere. Great breakfasts and evening meal. Excellent position in heart of village. Good parking facilities. Good selection of cider!.
The Swan is a great place to stay. Very well decorated, with a lovely comfy bar and restaurant. Excellent choice of beers/drinks. Menu and food top class.
Great rooms - beautifully decorated rooms, fab toiletries.
Excellent food - both evening meal and breakfast.
Staf all very warm and personable.
Friendly, helpful staff
None of the above words adequately describes the Swan. it is a small-town country hotel with a local clientele.
The retro décor and ampleness of the bath and the large bed. The food
and choice of wines and beers. Overall the ambiance.
All was great, we will come back. Food was extremely good. Rooms well furnished and modern. Nice Bar too.
The location, staff were friendly and efficient, the size of the hotel - only six bedrooms.
Lovely room, excellent food and friendly atmosphere. Wish the weather had helped.
restaurant excellent staff great - position superb - highly recomended.
Funky and so popular with the local twenty somethings.
Menu, wine list, room, cooking, service, breakfast.
Beautiful rooms, lovely food, good neighbourhood.
Decor, bed, restaurant, staff, village.
Great food and well presented rooms.
all ok served our purpose.
village location inn with local ales.
Trying to think of something I didn't like and I can think of 1 thing.
Didn't realise there was no shower in bathroom and the bath was not easy to get in / out of for people with shortish legs!
Breakfast possibly needs addition of something fruit based (compote / fruit salad).
UHT milk in room.
No shower for bath. Only one bedside table. No mirror in bedroom.
The room could have been bigger, but it was very clean and the bed very comfy.
Lack of hanging/storage space in room.
Coffee at breakfast.
We found a pair of left over towels from previous occupants of the
room... These, we removed and advised the Manager of, who apologised.
Cold bathroom...
Would prefer a more varied evening menu especially as we stayed two nights.
Our bathroom had a drainage odour so the fan had to be left on.
nothing to dislike.
Roadside bedroom EXTREMELY noisy!.
Nothing.
Hard to pick a fault but cheese plater was a little disappointing after the excellent main courses.
Room had not been serviced on our arrival at 17.00 so we had to wait in the bar for one hour while this was done but we did receive complimentary drinks.
