The edge of Dartmoor National Park is about 40 minutes’ drive from Highcliff Bed and Breakfast. Torbay Golf Centre is a 6-mile drive along the picturesque coast.

on my way to the B&B in the taxi while approaching the area i did found it very hilly and upmarket.when arrive at the place it sel it was more that upmarket , the manager Roy & Julia was, soooo, friendly which me feel very relax and comfortable,
However as i was going back to see my aunty i asked the taxi to wait for me on getting back in the taxi i was asked by the driver how did you frien the owner/manager, i said they were very very friendly and of course make me feel at home , the. todo comentarios »
The view! Even more so, the pool with a view! It's close to the coastal path for walks and set in a very peaceful residential area high up on the hill as is implied in the name.Charming and friendly service with the willingness to cater for individual dietary needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Well cooked breakfast and, thank goodness, a proper sized bath towel.
Lovely place with beautiful surroundings. The couple that live here are warm and welcoming and the house is within walking distance of a great fishing spot. There is a pool in the rear garden which overlooks the sea, beautiful view and lovely and private. Breakfast was great, perfectly cooked! We'll definitely be going back next year!.
Everything! A big house with swimming pool, big and well mantained garden with stunning seaviews! The house has been recently refurbished, so carpets, furniture and everything else looks new. Also the hosts Roy and Julia were absolutely kind and friendly.
Excellent clean, very very tidy and quiet little family villa house. Very friendly, culture house landlord work like reception staff. It's excellent location and place to romantic, quiet holiday. Good quality tasty food, breakfast.

The lack of en suite bathroom facilities. The room could have offered more choice of tea/hot chocolate,complimentary biscuits, as well as tissues, shower gel and shampoo (as others do). Though not open long, they are refining the service and I'm sure this will be attended to in time. The decor was a little old and tired, but for some that may be seen to be an attraction.
You will need to drive to get to a beach or pub. The bathroom is shared so can be a little tricky in the morning if there are guests in the second room.
