All rooms are tastefully decorated with traditional features and modern touches, such as flat-screen TVs. Guests also get tea/coffee making facilities and free WiFi. A full English breakfast is available. Restaurants and pubs can be found a 5-minute walk away and special diets can be catered for on request. The South Shields North Marine Park is at the end of the road from the property. Little Haven beach, Sand Haven beach and Ocean Beach Pleasure Park are a 5-minute walk away. For guests visiting South Shields for training purposes, the South Tyneside Nautical College and the Sea Survival Centre are a 10-minute walk away from the guest house.

It was Home from home weather you were on a leisure weekend or business you were made to feel very welcome nothing was to much trouble, food was excellent. would recommend kingsmere Guest House. Has all its original feature for the property. Plus hot water on sink and showers in good working order everything you need very hospitable hosts. tasteful décor. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was large and spacious with a large en suite shower room. The surrounding area was beautiful and an excellent base for visiting places of interest nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
todo comentarios » I booked this Hotel for my 2 sons and daughter in law. I did not stay but did meet my family there. The owners of the hotel were very helpful. There room was very clean and comfortable.I would recommend the hotel to other people. everything, not one fault the place was lovely and clean, room and ensuite very spacious and modern. The owners made us feel very welcome and at home. The breakfast choice quantity and quality was spot on. Very enjoyable stay. A really clean and cosy guest house, great value for money ! Would highly recommend to anybody !! Great room and breakfast, fantastic location !! Pauline and Russell make you feel extremely welcome. Will definitely return. My grandchildren have never stopped in a guest house before, it was exciting for them and kept asking why are we eating and sleeping in someones house LOL, breakfast was kiveky and the hosts friendly, Def go back again. They are avery friendly couple with a lovely B&B. breakfast amazing something you look forward to and unberlieevable for money..touches for a 4 or 5 star hotel very nice to see here in the UK. Pauline and Russell were excellent hosts. They made my granddaughter and I extremely welcome. The room was excellent and Russell's breakfasts were brill. Will certainly stay there again. lovely clean, fresh huge room. plenty of facilities to make tea. Relaxing and comfortable. The proprieters were extremely friendly, the breakfast was very good, the location was just right. We stopped for 2 nights and we would recommend this guest house for a short break. Staff pleasant and helpful. Breakfast. breakfast. Nothing much. Parking on the road could be hit-n-miss but I had no problems the night I stayed. Nothing :-)). Not easy to find the road due to confusing raod with different addresses on either side !. Nothing. nothing. Wi-fi signal in the top room very weak. It cant be helped when relying on staff to do their jobs properly, the room had not been cleaned after our day out, not enough mugs or tea and coffee or towels, we were on the top floor and there was a saniflow in the loo which did give off an odour otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Very dated décor, bed mattress needs replacing We were charged considerably more via letsbookhotel.com site than had we booked direct. Payment taken when advice was card details were only to confirm reservation. Thin bedroom curtains. not much, over priced squalid back room, uncomfortable bed.
