The lovely room and friendliness of all the staff. I would especially like to mention Dani in reception and Thierry, the restaurant assistant manager, who were exceptional people. Please thank them both - Clean, modern, happy friendly staff,excellent choice of facilities.

The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bedroom overlooked the sea - lovely view. Although small, the pool is an added attraction.There is a great promenade behind the hotel running along the sea-front.. - The indoor swimming pool was pleasant, and quiet.
