Lo que la gente dice
Sufficiently "out of town" to avoid Ross - see right! Excellent soundproofing of rooms, very comfortable, easy parking. Exceptionally cheerful and friendly helpful staff at breakfast facility - and with English as a first language, which made a change!.
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The
breakfast was fabulous. Wonderful selection to choose from. 100% better
than the breakfast we got at a 5star wedding the next morning! Very good
value for money.todo comentarios »
The staff changed us to a different room on the second night of our stay
which was much cooler and we got a great nights sleep they did not
charge for our first night which was very kind of them and unexpected.
Good night's sleep-quiet room with all necessary facilities. Excellent breakfast at adjoining Harvester restaurant. Hotel equidistant between church (family wedding) and reception venue.
It was our first stay at a Premier Inn and a special one as we had a family reunion from all over Europe. Really comfortable, great room and a welcoming receptionist. Keep it going!.
Very convienient to the motor way.
Rooms spacious and clean with a choice of pillows for added comfort.Staff helpful and catering facilities excellent.Plenty of parking space.
Good location for Hotel, close to Ross town & easy to get to nearby towns for site seeing plus tourism.
Hotel provide 2 fans in room due to the hot weather, GOOD!!.
didn't use any facilities so can't comment. staff very helpful and smiley always nice to see after a long journey. breakfast excellent choice and tasted good.
service was very good and food good value for money with plenty of choice. Room was clean and well presented.
value for money. Ideal for a couple of nights stay to see the countryside around that part of the country.
Night porter was brilliant, very helpful. He managed to borrow a
corkscrew for us from the resturant.
everything...the fact that you can get a good breakfast on site especially when you have children.
Good value and clean. Just like a normal premier inn. Enjoyed the stay no problems at all.
staff very helpful, rooms really comfortable and food at the adjacent beefeater excellent.
Clean and spacious room ..excellent !
Tv was huge and bed very comfortable !!.
Location, cleanliness and restaurant facilities. Shower was also fabulous.
The room was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the room was clean.
Handy for our journey and convenient for our party in Goodrich.
Breakfast was amazing in Beefeater. Hotel was v comfortable.
Convenience to Forest of Dean & Wye Valley.
it was clean and the room was a good size.
Clean comfortable rooms - friendly staff.
Goof food & a good nights sleep!.

A great welcome.

the staff very helpful and friendly
made you feel welcome
the room very clean and roomy
Very happy would always use you.
Close proximity to our clients offices.
Staff were excellent and helpful.
Nice room.
Ross on Wye even in off season crowded, overpriced, hilly for the elderly,
almost impossible parking. If I hadn't been making a duty visit to an (even more) elderly relative, I'd have driven straight through and out...!.
The quad room wasnt as big as I thought it would be but then again the
cleanliness of the room made up for that. And we do have 3 kids!.
We stayed during the heatwave but the room was way too warm on the first
night and we were unable to sleep.
Fire alarm at 8.0am Sunday -probably a smoker in a room! Not disabled but not very able-lift would be good!.
Having to leave!!.
meal at Beefeater was not value for money, plus had to wait 35min for meal after ordering.
location wasn't great; we had to drive to the local town because the roads were too busy to walk on and the garden area was fairly bleak . The children needed to let off steam after a long journey. Some outdoor games or a climbing frame would have been great .
traffic noise - on side of busy road.
Charged for multiple fill coke when we only wanted a single drink.
Didn't realise at the time!!.
n/a.
the price didn't include breakfast!.
No bisquets in the coffee and tea supplies !!.
That there was no cups in our room when we arrived and had to go to reception to get some as there are no telephones in the rooms, despite the welcome card saying you could ring reception using in-room telephone.
The heating was too high during the night and we couldn't change it.
Nothing.
Lack of temperature control in room (too hot in warm weather!).
Trying to exit the premier inn and turning right not clever & if that's the only thing I wasn't happy with that's not bad!.
No custard creams with my coffee.
Room on sunny side (3) was very hot (Sat 14 July), could only open window slightly and very difficult to sleep. On cooler side (room 2) it was ok.
surprised that there was'nt a shaver socket in bathroom.
No room service. I was traveling alone with a 3 year old and 4 month old. We didn't arrive until later than expected and a 8 pm I had to drag both the girls out so we could go and order some food. They did carry the food back to my room for me but it took about 40 min having to wait for it to be cooked. This resulted in a very stressful evening!! We often visit Ross on wye but don't think I will be booking with you again for this reason!!.
Noise from other guests at night.
bed too hard had to sleep on the sofa bed which was far more comfortable.
Car park space was limited... I.e. was full overnight.
Fire door left open.
two small points
1 the TV could not hear the sound could not turn up.
2 no soap in bathroom only hand machine.
For a self-employed businessman I found the price to be very high. I
know the rooms are designed for multiple occupancy, but I believe
there still should be a more favourable rate for business. What I
found more difficult to accept is the fact that you only receive 30
mins free wifi then you have to purchase a voucher. Mind you, I
suppose someone has to pay for the poor adverts featuring a so-called
comedian called Lenny Henry.
Although the room was clean our night was very uncomfortable. No a/c so the room was like a oven!.
The heating was automatic and not in my control. Uncomfortable night because I was cold.
