  best hotel ever! We stayed in a twin oriental themed room, very tastefully done. In the words of my 11 yr old " Where else would you find a 19th century Tibetan bridal Sedan chair in your bedroom?"   Hotel staff very efficient and courteous, room very clean and comfortable, restaurant excellent. - Room was excellent value for money and staff friendly and efficient, I only wish I had time to make full use of the leisure facilities. Very nice to have a freshly cooked breakfast rather than the usual help yourself to dried up food!

  The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and a lot of thought has gone in to providing extra comforts for guests such as tablets, fresh milk, excellent coffee making facilities, home-made biscuits and fruit in the rooms. The food was generally wonderful with a good range of fresh food for breakfast and we had a lovely relaxed evening meal in the Potti - it's very intimate and well decorated, our room was a comfortable size, very cosy and had everything you need (from Nespresso coffee machine in the room, to courtesy biscuits and water). Staff is friendly and the all experience is very relaxing. Also the food is very good, both at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast in the morning!
