The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Service in Carrie's Bar was very good too as was my meal. I had very prompt attention to "fix" the television in my room. - Very comfortable with nice public areas. Rooms big and warm with good bathrooms. Staff attentive and efficient. Couldn't fault it.

... lo que la gente dice » h a wonderful place to relax, it is hard to leave! - It has been a long time since we have experienced such absolutely excellent service at a Hotel. Unfortunately the best one can say about most hotels is that service was indifferent.. The Old Bell set the standard. They could not have done it better. Obviously thought and a lot of hard work to achieve what they have. The restauraunt was outstanding as well. We are normally a tough bunch to please!
