We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, with a separate lounge area and large bathroom. The pool was nice and warm. Would recommend. - Every member of staff we encountered were simply outstanding, Their attitude, their appearance, their friendliness, and their customer service was superb!

There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The spa was great. - lovely staff, great facilities, close to city centre and arena. Great view from our window

The room was excellent very clean. Litte touches like the small teapotin the room. The staff at all levels were polite and friendly - Executive rooms offer excellent value for money. All staff very helpful. Would also be very good for a weekend break.

Localizacion, comodidad, limpieza, buena atención - Excellent pool, steam room and sauna... great to relax. Room was a good size, nice bathroom clean tidy well equipped and right in the city centre. Great for what ever you want to do in the city and also handy for sheffield railway station - Swimming pool,spa, gym very enjoyable and never crowded

We thought the hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bar food was vey reasonably priced, and although The Grill restaurant is a little pricey, you do get what you pay for, good food and good service. Nice hotel and good swimming pool. - very clean comfortable hotel -all hotel staff -in reception, lounge bar , restaurant and leisure area were very helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends
