The White Horse View is tucked away on the edge of the village in a quet
secluded spot, we were promptly met by Colin the owner who showed us to

A family run B&B that has been decorated and finished to the highest standard, with a common room which has a pool table, dart board and jukebox.
The village of Shrivenham is 10 min walk away and it has a few restaurants and pubs so convenient for meals/drinks in the evening.
The hosts Colin and Lizzie are extremely warm and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic and Colin was able to give us plenty of useful local travelling tips.

I liked absolutely everything about Cornerways Guest House. Carol, the landlady was so warm, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Her attention to detail shows that she genuinely loves what she does. She gave us good advice and recommendations and helped make our whole visit a delightful experience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Our room was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. We booked 2 nights but enjoyed it so much we had to stay a third night.

very friendly efficient staff. Clean room. Very good breakfast. Good value - Staff pleasant, and the lady who greeted us was very helpful in discovering information for us, giving us the fresh milk requested in ample quantity and ordering us a taxi. Car park very useful. Location good.

We had a lovely 1 Night stay at Little Gables whilst visiting the
surrounding area. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The room
was well presented, very clean and a good size. The little extra touches
like sweets in the room, cake on arrival and complimentary shortbread
were lovely. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. -

Dinner & Dining area was everything we expected and even exceeded our expectations.

everything was perfect and perfectly balanced with the price.

We have stayed at Fairlawns many times and have never been disappointed. We arrived a bit early after a long transatlantic flight and Matt was very accommodating about finding a room that met our needs even though it was not the room they had planned for us. The breakfast was fabulous as usual.

The staff were very welcoming from the moment we stepped through the door. Our recently upgraded rooms were excellent. The food in the restaurant was superb. The staff welcomed us back for our 1st wedding anniversary with their friendly, courteus mannerm and a bottle of champagne in the room- we first stayed at The Old Bank last year ,having just got married, and they made our trip extra special by upgrading our room and again giving us champagne. It's the little touches that make it so special! we will be back every anniversary!

This hotel is simply beautiful. The staff are fantastic, the food is
very good and the rooms are simply beautiful! The location was perfect
for our weekend visiting the beautiful city of Oxford followed by a
Bicester shopping trip on the way home only 15 minutes from the hotel.
We looked at Malmaison but thought it was too much for what it was so
when we found this one at such a fab price, we booked it immediately! 15
minutes in a taxi £8-£10 to Oxtord Westside - dropped off just outside

Excellent dinner and lunch. The food was piping hot, which was much appreciated and the lunch menu was adjusted to meet our personal choices and was all we could wish for. We met some Canadian cousins for the first time and it was a wonderful spot to meet up for lunch on the side of the Thames with them.
