A more comfortable lounge area would have been nice, ie sofa's for us to sit together and relax as a family. Your pull out bed was excellent and a really good size - Everything was perfect

Location in central Kent was perfect for visiting castles and gardens. I could not fault this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfortable. The food was great - order Inadian and you will not be disappointed. Excellent value for money, ten out of ten ! - we only stayed one night, but that was enough to know that we would stay again. Maybe for longer next time.

I could enjoy a cigarette in my room. Too many places have banned smoking and it's put me off staying away.
