was only in the isle of man working unfortunately but this hotel was exceptional, the staff faultless, hotel was very clean in a good location right on sea front and the breakfast was amazing the menu was extensive and you could have anything i had full manx and it was cooked to perfection. hopefully i will get back to Douglas for a break and wil

This place was amazing! The room was beautiful and had an awesome
view!!!! They even give you chocolates and have a nice sitting room
where you can mingle with the other guest. You can see the horse
trollies right out front and there is a stop to get on it right there
also. Had an amazing breakfast! They also held our luggage after we
checked out, since our flight wasn't till late in the day we wanted
to explore but didn't know what to do with the luggage. Next time we
come we will definitely s

Preciosa casa victoriana con 4 habitaciones y al lado del paseo maritimo, muy bonito - the friendliness of the director...simply great. The hotel is very clean, central, beautiful Victorian style and amazing views. - The privacy and how friendly the management and staff were on contact. THe rooms were wonderful and the facilities great.

The rooms were clean and spacious, lovely big bed, lots of tea, coffee available in the room including bottled water. Staff were excellent friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Very welcoming hosts. The breakfast was very good we didn't use the restaurant for evening meals however the Paragon restaurant did appear busy in the evening! -

The hotel is comfortable and well equipped & the food in the dining room, selected from a cavery menu (all 3 courses) was plentiful & well cooked. We only stayed one night as we were touring around but would happily stay there again

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a great start to
the day. The Thai restaurant was good quality -you just need to book in
advance as we couldn't even get a table but ordered downstairs and
they brought it to our room. The view as we were upgraded was beautiful
of the sea. Thank you for the Heaters. -

El servicio de Internet en las habitaciones - Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and room facilities - On entering reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast itself was very enjoyable with a relaxed atmosphere, so compliments to the chef and staff. Room was a good size, it had everything you may need available, loved the bathroom.

Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.

Very friendly staff. Great apartment so near to the beach. Two apartments are dog friendly.
2 minutes walk to main supermarket and a mount walk to co-op newsagent, fish & chips, Chinese take away. Great venue for a family trip. -

I spent a considerable period of time researching accommodation options for my 4 night business trip to Douglas. This absolutley fitted the bill. Excellent location (shops/business hub), easy access (arrival arrangements - arrived 2230hours - were superb) and the apartment met every requirement. Outstanding facilities and so very comfortable.
