  Had a great 5 night stay. Great location in the countryside on an easy to use bus route. No need to rent a car. Short walk to the coast through beautiful lanes.   Right from the start, I was made to feel warmly welcomed and I was picked up from the airport on arrival which was a welcome change for a solo traveller. La Roche is a beautiful house and the room I stayed in was luxurious, clean and comfortable. They were really helpful about what to see and the best way of getting there. Breakfasts were - David and Jane were probably the friendliest and nicest B&B owners I've ever met. Had a nice long chat, they offered a glass of wine and they were very interesting people. The room was also very nice and clean. They really helped make my stay in Guernsey memorable and enjoyable.

  The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.

  Lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We had not checked that the bed in our room would have no foot-board (I am 6'3") but she changed it to one without quickly and without fuss.
