I only stayed for one night so only got to sample the breakfast which was lovely, you will not go hungary!! Tea and coffee -
The room is tatsefully decorated and impeccibly clean. The bathroom is spacious and again tasteful design. The bed is so comfortable. We had out own sitting room and breakfast room all beautifully furnished to a very high spec. The farm environment is wonderful. The hosts are welcoming an dcouldn't do more for us. Sharon dropped us off and picked us up from the airport which I think was well above the call of duty when we had a 4am drive to the airport. i would highly recommend Birtles F

The owner was do helpful. She sent us clear directions from the trainstation at davenport to maple lodge. Accommodation is 10 min walk from train station and 5 min walk to good bus route in to manchester. Had a concert at Manchester Apollo and was £4 return on bus. The whole experience, from being shown into the lounge and offered drinks on arrival to being shown out when we left, was sheer delight! The staff are wonderful, rooms spotless and bed very comfy, brilliant shower and fabulous food. I liked the simple and elegant decor of my room. The guest house is charming, quite clean and well cared for. Tony struck an almost ideal balance between being available and unobtrusive. I liked the fact that I could be in Manchester city centre via tram within approximately 30 mins. I had a lovely, comfortable stay and would certainly recommend Cornerstones to anyone who needs temporary accommodations in/near Manchester.

I booked this hotel as a Xmas present for my partner along with tickets to a show at MEN, the hotel was beautiful, comfortable and the staff were professional, helpful and attentive nothing was too much trouble for them. We went to the hotel bar after the show which was intimate,comfortable and once again excellent service from the staff. All in all our stay was wonderful and we will definately be staying here again in the not too distant future x

We had a Grand Studio on the 4th floor and there was no noise from
outside or other rooms. We stayed on a Saturday so we did expect some
noise. The room we had was lovely with a Super King size bed. The room
was quite large and also contained a fridge freezer, a dishwasher,
cutlery & plates, iron, hair dryer, free wi fi, flat screen tv with
Internet access. Also, you had to be out of the room x 11am but for an
extra £10 you could stay in the room until 1pm. Breakfast was simple but
