We were made to feel very welcome and the lodge manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom was very clean and we found staying with our young baby very relaxing. - Very clean and comfortable bed. Missed breakfast as it was a bit early for us.

Staff very obliging to me as I was there for a dying relative..went out of their way to be flexible as did not know each day how long I was staying.

The location is absolutely awesome: 2 mins walk from victoria station, right near the victoria coach station where bus arrives from/to stansed (perfect if you fly with low-cost airlines).

Renovated small hotel, typical London city house with only 25 rooms. Makes you feel a little home! My room was extremely quiet, view to the garden. They have a nice breakfast room, kind of veranda, with a look to the terrace. I definitively come back to this place, situated in a great location. Chelsea, with lots of restaurants and beautiful shops around. Just a couple of minutes walk from Kingsroad.

With the caveat that this is a minimally receptive atmosphere where the help seem to want to see you go, I do recommend the hotel because it is well and comfortably designed but about as welcoming as the prison cells at the next door police station. -

It was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, the shower room was very clean and well designed, the bedlinen was crisp and clean and although our doubleroom was small, it was adequately furnished with enough storage space for clothes. The breakfast room was well laid out and the continental breakfast well served with plenty of choice.

The service was brilliant. It was the staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. They thought of everything including sweets on the reception desk. The staff in the breakfast room were superb. Quickly clearing and cleaning tables thoroughly. So friendly and helpful.
There was free parking which was important to us too.

The location is great. Just opposite the Lancaster Gate station and bus
station to Piccadilly and Westminster, and 5 min walk to Paddington
station. The room we stayed in was recently refurbished and looks very
good. The sofa is a sofa-bed and so useful for small family. There is a
bedroom and so not a studio. Kitchen and toilet are both new and clean.
Hot water supply is good as well.
