Marvelous homy room decor with a wide selection of channels both English
and Arabic (All MBCs, Dubai tv, Qatar, etc) and other languages.
Exceptional staff and service. Concierge managed to get us last minute
theatre tickets (1 day before the show). Very convenient to have early
check-in and late check-out. Espa is wonderful, one of best in London.

We had a lovely room overlooking Big Ben and Parliament. The view was so wonderful, the nights were spectacular watching the boats and the river lights. The weather was warm and balmy and the walks along the river embankment were spectacular. The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff superb and the service top notch. I shall return again soon.

It was well maintained and very clean.The beds were wonderfully comfortable with big feather pillows.The room had plenty of plugs,fluffy white towel dressing gowns,ironing board etc. everything we needed without having to ask. The full English breakfast was big enough to share between two. A lovely place to relax in great comfort.

Es muy bonito, esta a menos de 2 minutos de una parada de metro, es muy limpio y el barrio en el que esta me gusto mucho, es un barrio hindú, cenaba barato, y desayunaba comprando galletas, sándwiches o dulces antes de coger el metro para la zona turística. Instalaciones - the hotel was first class and the staff were extremly helpful and friendly the free courtasy bus was a real bonus as was the ferry service from the hotel to canary wharf. this is a highly recomended hotel. - Can not fault this hotel. +Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London
+Staff is really great, have not met such a service in any of the hotels in London where I stayed before (and I do visit London very often)

+The hotel shares the building with the pub, though this would not be appreciated by everyone, but has been an interesting experience for me
