Denise & Paul were wonderful hosts! The room was at the back and very quiet. Nice view of the back garden area. En-suite was spacious & the towel warming rack was a nice surprise. We stayed here as an overnight stop-off between the Isle of Skye and
London. The room was nicely furnished, the bed comfortable, the shower
powerful and the breakfast delicious. The owners are very welcoming,
pleasant and friendly. We were given useful information about local
walks, restaurants and pubs, and about Moffat itself. We thoroughly
recommend it.

The evening meal menu is adequate and has a nice variety. This is good as the nearest good restaurant is over 3 km away. -

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem to them and I felt safe and welcomed. I travel frequently south of the border and have never received such a nice welcome as I did here. It makes such a difference when the staff address you by name. - very friendly, relaxed, nice food, good location
