  the hotel was superb, the room was very much a 'country house' style and was one of the nicest hotel rooms that I have stayed in. The breakfast was freshly cooked using local produce and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only regret was that we didn't have the opportunity to sample the restaurant. - We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend.
