The hotel was fantastic, close to the city centre but still had plentyof free parkin spaces. Rooms were great and very modern - In short, everthing.Although a solo traveller,i prefer a double room which was excellent.I thought the hotel was faultless.

Cuando llegamos al hotel, aunque teníamos hecha la reserva con casi 3 meses de antelación, no había habitaciones, pero nos facilitaron un taxi para llevarnos hasta otro hotel y dijeron que me devolverian el dinero de la reserva. El trato por parte del recepcionista, excelente. - Su cercanía a la estacion de ferrocarril y la amabilidad del personal.

Cercanía al aeropuerto - Cheery, polite and well mannered staff who were more than happy toarrange an early check-in and baby provisions. We were also given wellsized luxurious room with a extra bed. Solamente buscaba un hotel cerca del aeropuerto, y este hotel aunque esta a unos 20 kilometros cumplia mis espectativas - Facilidad de localización y funcionalidad. Relación calidad precio aceptable para Inglaterra.

Room Decor, pleasant layout and facilities, especially the complimentary toiletry pack. The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and cleanliness excellent. Food was also superb.

Been before.. Will come again.. Individual character, staff are friendlyand go that little bit further with service. Superb and a pleasurableexperience. My two sons particularly love this hotel.. Internet access worked without any problem - unlike other hotels we've stayed. Our room was light, very clean, pretty bed linen, Having sheets and blanket was a lovely change from a duvet. Extra pillows in room without having to ask. Plenty of tea, coffee etc.
