Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10. Cheaper than parking anywhere else and can leave car parked up for the whole stay as everything in walking distance. Staff lovely and friendly. Breakfast

Everybody at the Hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel itself was very clean and the room cleaning was first class. The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour.
