Ann and Steve were excellent and friendly hosts, always eager to help with advice. Breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was clean, light, simple and very comfortable. The guesthouse is situated only two-minutes walk from the promenade and only a five-minute walk from the start of many walks up the Great Orme.

The room we were given was at the back of the building with quaint sash
windows. The view from the room was of the back alleyway, but it was
very peaceful and we slept with the window open all night, which made
the room all the more comfortable. The Breakfast staff were incredibly
good, friendly and polite. An amazing breakfast.

We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely! It was fantastic to have 2 rooms. There is a games console, flat screen tv with freeview and a dvd player in one room and then a smaller tv with freeview in the bedroom.
Gerry was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
Breakfast was lovely. Variety of newspapers each day.
A sitting room with DVDs to choose from.
Very close to the beach/pier/puppet show/tram to Great Orme. 10 mins to Welsh Mountain Zoo.
Absolutely perfect!

Everything was great.We were greeted at the door,cases were taken up stairs.Rooms were spotless,nice little touches in the room bottle of water,quality tea,coffee and hot chocolate.The same in the bathroom,you did not need to bring your own toiletries everything was thought of.

We were warmly welcomed by Gloria our hostess. The guest house was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, bedrooms and large tv lounge. The bathroom was not cramped with excellent fittings. Good choice of breakfast starters with lovely breakfast cooked to order. Brilliant value for money - we shall most certainly return.

A hidden gem. Immaculately clean and run by one of the friendliest families you could meet. The B & B experience at its best, clean fresh rooms and a delicious breakfast. Relaxing quiet lounge bar at cheaper than pub prices just to top it off.
Perfect location, lovely and quiet to relax and yet one street from the town centre and two streets from the promenade and pier. Turn left and walk 5 mins to the bars for some nightlife, turn right for a chippy and gift shops.

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. Friendly welcome

The hospitality was excellent, we were made most welcome. The upgrade to a better room was free as the room was available, the room being very comfortable and fantastic throughout. Great size room, very clean. Kids loved the lounge room with the huge selection of games for them to play. Great to have the use of a very clean , fully equipped kitchen too. Would definitely recommend to others and use again ourselves.

Wow, what a find! I dont have a bad word to say about this place. It is a gem. The room was amazing, spotlessly clean, modern, light, airy and spacious. We stayed in one of 2 self-catering units, created from a farm building. It was cosy and compact, but well-equipped and decorated. It feels wonderfully remote, but is close to a country pub, with a big fire and good food, and is an easy drive from main roads and Mold.
Access to the A55 is about 5 miles away, and is the best way to travel along the N coast as far as Bangor and Anglesey. Llandudno (Victorian pier and seaside architecture) or Bettws-y-Coed (waterfalls and walking) are reached in l

We did not ask for it but were allocated a room for the disabled. As my husband is 80 and has disabilities and I am under 5' tall, this was ideal and we shall definitely ask for the disabled room in future. The reception staff were friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and clean - we could not ask for more. -
