I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost.
