  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE. Whats a wonderful view of the Marina they gave to me.. wooow!!! I will be back there for sure very soon. Thank you very much all member of staffs for a warm and happy stay.   The whole experience was fantastic. Facilities, spa, hotel room, food and staff all excellent. Our special requests pre booking were also done without any reminders to the hotel staff. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. - The staff were very friendly and helpful.
