  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Also when renting a car, go f... lo que la gente dice » or something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

Management always on hand to assist, which they did on every occasion which I needed assistance. Close to town, easily walked. Comfortable beds, in a sparse room, which was fine for the purpose. Dining room staff extremely good and attentive, and the food first class. I ordered an egg sandwich in my room, and what arrived was the best egg sandwich I have ever had.
