All the staff we spoke to were very helpful. Our room was lovely and very comfortable and clean. We just made it for breakfast and the restaurant staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome even with 5 minutes to go! - A very friendly and welcoming hotel. The food is excellent

Our host Keith was simply delightful and excellent. He was even up at 3.30am to prepare breakfast for us when we had to depart at 4.30am! Rooms were charmingly decorated/furnished, very clean, quiet and spacious. The rest of the common area was really a very nice home, thoughtfully laid out, simply fantastic! Wi-fi was free and fast even at night (when everyone else is usually on it). Of all the 7-8 B&Bs we stayed at this was one of the highlights and we would definitely return in the futur

We can fault nothing. This B&B is relaxing, friendly, modern & beautiful. We arrived to a warm welcome & were served tea/coffee & home made cake in the lovely garden. The vast choice of breakfasts were organic & freshly made to order. Homemade cake was provided daily. The hosts were extremely friendly & nothing was too much

Carol from The White House came out to greet us on our arrival, despite the fact the weather was horrendous and couldn't have been more welcoming. She had very kindly made a delicious vegan cake, specially to suit my dietary requirements. A very nice touch.
I also like that we weren't pinned down to an early breakfast and that the breakfast we were presented with was fit for a king. I honestly haven't had a better breakfast anywhere!

V friendly, caring staff.Excellent value.Super food and just perfect to be able to have a comfy room above a Loch Fyne restaurant.
I stayed in room 4 at the far end of the corridor. A small double. Quiet, no noise fron the bar or restaurant.
I would definately stay again. -

The mother/daughter team that run this Inn are absolutely amazing. Incredibly willing to help and give any advice needed. All sorts of suggestions for food and where everything was. The room as also amazing. Had a little couch as well as a very comfortable bed. Everything not only still looks new but also like it was out of a magazine- very well

We were checked in by Sian who was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a map of local restaurants and pubs. We were very grateful for the fan in our room which was very thoughtful as the weather was so hot. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa in the room. We were made most welcome, and our room (the balcony room) was spacious and very pleasant. Cooked breakfast was well prepared. Plenty of room for off-street parking. We had easy access to the A35 for travelling to the various sights of SE Dorset, and we found some pleasant pubs in the vicinity for main meals.

An annual trip to visit family in Poole. Premier Inn Holes Bay is conveniently situated for our needs. This is our fourth stay and the hotel is comfortable and clean, and the staff are always helpful. On this occasion, our adult son's room was noisy on the final night and, true to their promise, there was no charge for a night with poor sleep.

Staff were smiley, friendly and offered help before even being asked. The room was well designed and equipped and felt very good value for money. The room was quiet and the right temperature. We were catching an early morning ferry to France and the hotel provided an excellent stopover for our family.
