Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. Very nice room, well decorated. Do not agree with people complaining about room size, perhaps I was lucky that I had double. Great value for money (when booked through this site and on weekends). Modern decor and still very cozy and welcoming. Helpful, friendly staff. Fairly close to Nottingham City Center if you are driving, as this is primarily a business hotel it probably does not matter much unless you are using it as a base to explore Nottingham. -

I like this hotel, it has character, nooks and crannies and its a nice place to be. The food was great and there was loads of it. I was surprised the restaurant wasn't busier than it actually was. It's hard to find better staff, it was bonfire night and the staff arranged us so we could see the fireworks while waiting for the dinner at the restaurant. Also made possible that my girlfriend could have dinner, that's rare because she's allergic to so many things that usually restaurants can't serve us.
Also truly fast Wifi, we could stream HD with our netflix account.

Very kind, caring staff. They make sure you feel welcome and comfortable. They have given the place a distinct eco-friendly, positive personality.
