Excellent customer service from the minute of entering right through to leaving. Nothing was too much for them. Everywhere you went it was clean. Nice size rooms, restuarant etc. Definitely would recommend it and possibly return again maybe even withthe children this time. -

Very good position a few doors away from the Main Street and easy
walking to the various beaches. Mick was extremely amiable and
welcoming. The room was a good size but the ensuite was tiny. The
bathroom sink was in the bedroom as there was no room in the ensuite.
Breakfast was terrific. -

... lo que la gente dice » ies. The on suite, although compact was more than adequate. Breakfast was listed as 09:00 to 09:30 but could be arranged earlier if required. Parking at £3 a day was a bargain. We would use this B & B again.

Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

Un trato excelente, una persona muy amable, además la habitación estaba bastante limpieza. Lo recomiendo a quien vaya a Cornualles. - Lo mejor el desayuno y la ubicación. David ha sido muy amable e incluso nos dio el desayuno el último día a las 6,15 de la mañana porque cogíamos el avión muy pronto.

Newquay was a five minute walk from the hotel and another five to the beach.

The first impressions on going through the front door were of a more 'hostel' situation, but the front reception room is used to store travelers surf boards etc. The room was fine with nice sea views and a big bathroom Fairly basic room, but comfy beds and just enough room for two adults. We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast.
We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs.

Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm.
Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in.
Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!)
The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold.
All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly helpful staff.Position close to beach in a nice quiet spot no road noise whatsoever. Room was big and breakfast was plentiful -

The hotel was lovely and very clean. The staff were very helpful regarding parking and actually managed to reserve a parking space for us. I would definatley be returning next year. - relatives were staying at a nearby hotel and we were able to spend time with them

Location was excellent, 2 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from town. Stunning views of the beach and golf club from balcony rooms. Bed incredibly comfortable. Easy hotel parking too, for £10.
