Loved the location - right on the beach easy 3-5 minute walk into town. Staff was extremely friendly. Beach house was comfy and roomy and decorated as a beach house not uptight hotel. Office recommended horse back riding that was cheap n fun - they rented movies also for free which was nice.

All of the staff were very welcoming, and work hard to ensure you have a great stay. Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff who ensured your needs were met. Excellent facilities with gym and indoor and outdoor pools. Children well catered for with separate dining facilities so adult parties not disrupted. -

We booked a suite and it was worth every penny, great views great room great breakfast.
We had a swim and had the pool to ourselves its a little dated and in need of some TLC but you would have to be a real winger to complain about this detail. The lifts worked fine but we opted to walk up the tastefully decorated stairs.

Breakfast -
Stayed for a weekend in February 2013 and we enjoyed every minute. Hotel very welcoming, clean, nice and warm.
Restaurant is mega quirky and a joy to relax in.
Leisure area utilised, sauna excellent combined with dips in the pool (Which was a bit fresh!)
The breakfast was - delicious. Plenty of choice to be had both hot and cold.
All in all a very enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will book again without hesitation!

This waas the second year running that my wife and myself stayed at the Bay Hotel and will be going back next year. It's the whole surroundings and facilities that make his a great hotel - Really enjoyed staying at the Bay hotel, The staff where very friendly on arrival, the room was a nice size and very clean..
