The food in the restaurant was brilliant; one of the best meals I have had. The food from the grill. Having breakfast delivered to my room and put in a fridge and being able to check out the night before which saves hassle in the morning. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a rather peaceful area which is nice, I liked the rooms in general, and I liked the fact that every room had a mini fridge. todo comentarios »
The lack of a seperate bar from the restaurant and the price of the food. Far too expensive. An 8 oz steak and a few chips was over £15. Also sometimes a long wait to be served drinks, once due to member of staff chatting on the phone which she continued whilst serving me. Not good. The shower was very weak, not enjoyable at all. At the time I needed to check out, nobody was there...I could not return the key so had to leave it in the hotel room.clearly not set up as a business hotel. Doors locked, and no one around on arrival (5:00 p.m.) or departure (9:30). Had to call on mobile from car park to get anyones attention. Room very basic, and not particuarly clean (I've stayed in better in Romania!). Definitely overpriced @ £60 per night.
