Self Contained Hotel Room's accros the road from Albert Arms in a quiet cul-de-sac,nice room value for the price,have stayed on a number of occasions and will again.
Food in Albert Arms is just excellent with a chef who has pride in his cooking.
You will probably meet him there as he does occasionaly come out and check with patrons.

Staff were very friendly good choice of beers in the bar and probably the best full English breakfast I have had anywhere.I was going to Sandown races and its ideally located for the racecourse

This accomodation was excellent. It was refreshing to have such clean, fresh and unique facilities. The hosts were really friendly and genuinly tried to ensure you had all you needed. -

manager very helpfull.Asked if he could improve in any way,advised mirror on wall need socket so us girls can do our hair otherwise great.
Food excellent breakfast best had in long time.Dined in restaurant at night also very nice food hot and plenty of it.
Room good use of space available comfortable bed, and no probs with noise or smell from rest

What was there not to like! The room we were given was spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished.
The welcome was friendly and helpful.
The complimentary breakfast was superb (at the Holiday Inn nearby)
The Manager, Shanaka, was a superb host, and I wish him and his excellent Team a successful future with the Raintree apartments.
