The staff are very welcoming and checking-in late at night isn't a problem. Although it has quite a few rooms it still retains a small hotel friendly feel.
The bar meals are good value and there is a good choice, with plenty of people choosing to dine in the bar area. There's lots of space.

I travel away from home most weeks. What I look for in a hotel is, clean, comfortable and friendly service. I had all these. Nowadays I also require Wifi and off road parking. The Grangemoor had it all. I would particularly like to thank Ceiwens and Nicola plus the evening bar staff who made by three nights stay a very pleasant one. Well done and thank you.

Everything. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and one of the best hotel beds I have experienced in a long time. Also, there was no noise disturbance, which made our stay experience all the more enjoyable. -

We were a family of 6. We stayed in 2 quad rooms. Outstanding beds and comforters. We slept like babies. The hot breakfast they offer was a great way to start the day as 2 children eat free for each adult paying. This is one of the best values in a hotel I've ever had. Staff was helpful and kind, resturant next door offer good food at convenient price with a good buffet breakfast.
Premier Inn consistently replicate hotels and room style and give you the feeling to be at home.

The service was brilliant. We stayed with other members of family and had a meal in the restaurant which was great. The waiter who was assigned to us was fantastic and dealt with us in a friendly manner even when we changed things!! Breakfast was good as you could help yourselves to as much or as little as you wanted. There was a good selection

Brand new with smiley staff and their own restaurant which was excellent food and cheap compared to places in town. Ideal location for our visit to heritage/library for research. Easy to reach from M20. Huge room - generally excellent stay but missed cheap £29 deal which would have been the icing on the cake!
