  Lovely old pub with history and character in droves. For those benefits you put up with the pub disadvantages of being noisy in the evenings. Super good value, very friendly staff. I would say homely rather than luxury. But at a tenth of a normal luxury hotel price that is fine by me! - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everything you need for a really comfortable stay was provided including a mini fridge and toaster in your room.
