  I am very impressed with the attention and positivity of all the hotel personnel we have been in contact with. Originally we booked 4 nights in another central London hotel, but we were very displeased with that hotel's room condition and the way their personnel attended to our complaints. Both the personnel and hotel were very good/comforting and a big relief after our not so good experience. This is a hotel I - The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

  We stayed at the apartment to celebrate a birthday in London. We found the facilities to be of a high standard, the apartment was only 2 months old and very clean. I was bringing my children to see Pink at the O2 combining it with some sightseeing. My mum and a friend also came and spent the evening in the apartment and cooked a meal whilst we were at the concert. I chose the Apple apartments because of the location being in between the O2 and the city and I couldn't have made a better choice.
