It was a reasonable price (for London and environs) and the room had everything in it that you could sensibly want. There was no noise from the bar downstairs, which was something I had been afraid of.

This is a beautiful hotel in the heart of London. Walking distance to Covent Garden, West End theatres, Trafalgar Square,Oxford & Carnaby Street shopping & more. Bus stops at the front of the hotel & 5 minute walk to Temple underground. Our room was spacious with a huge ensuite & the staff professional, polite, courteous & friendly & always willing to help. I booked Hotel Indigo for my husband's 30th birthday and it really was ideal. We had hoped for a relaxing city break and that is what we got.
The staff we incredibly friendly and helpful and offered us a complimentary glass of wine and a turn-down service because it was hubby's birthday, which was lovely.
The hotel décor was modern and clean and the room (superior double) was well furnished, comfortable and stylish.

Melissa at the reception was terrific. She was very helpful and accommodating. She received a parcel for me and it was waiting in the apartment when we got back from Paris. The location is excellent. A 3-minute walk from Earl's Court station which has the Piccadilly and district lines stopping here so it's super convenient. There is a Sainsbury local, the co-operative and M&S near the station (for food supplies) plus a Boots and a stationery shop. Lots of eateries too.
