Lo que la gente dice
The whole experience was an absolute pleasure and I will be back. The service, and attention from the staff was professional, friendly and personal. Especially the receptionist when checking in Friday evening. The receptionist was brilliant- I do not have her name but I would like give a special thank you. She was 1st class and as goes for a first 'meet & greet' she represented the hotel perfect. The stay was short but couldn't have kased for a better one. todo comentarios »
Staff were good and attentive, good value if you are staying for a weekend as the City is shut, absolutely nothing open within a square mile! so be prepared to get a taxi into the lively parts of London, we paid a tenner each way into Covent Garden so based on the weekend saving it was worth it, have stayed in better 5* hotels than this but ok.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel has a luxurious look and the area around the hotel a welcome change from the more tourist areas in London. The room we had was supposed to be an above standard room but was rather cramp, but the bed was wonderfully comfortable and the power shower excellent.
The hotel upgraded us for free as it was my boyfriends birthday. They gave us a free glass of proseco on arrival and a complimentary 'happy birthday' chocolate platter which was such a thoughtful and lovely touch. Staff were lovely and very attentive.
Staff couldn't be more helpful, warm welcome and felt we could not expect any better treatment. Rooms were fantastic and very close to public transport or like us walking permitted. The hotel has a love feel and is amazing! Would definitely revisit.
Amazing service from all staff, it's a grade 2 listed building so the architecture is stunning! Beds amazingly comfortable, location in heart if city perfect for sightseeing etc, will definitely stay again, book early to get best rates.
The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Especially Ella. We were also upgraded to a suite upon arrival as my partners' birthday along with complimentary champagne to our room and late check-out. A lovely touch.
The friendly staff. The excellent service. Attention to detail with the service in the room. Lovely Touch too with the card and chocolates in the room, as it was my husbands 40th birthday.
Everything about the hotel and our stay was fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for us, they were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, the hotel was lovely and very clean.
A lovely hotel with great staff. Perfect for business in the City.
Excellent location if you plan on visiting the Shard but a shortage of
restaurants open on the weekend.
The staff couldn't do enough for you and the rooms were amazing. The beds are so comfortable and the room so quiet it's difficult to tear yourself away to see the sights!.
Staff were excellent, Building was beautiful, Food was divine, room was very nice and comfy and location was perfect. Would definitely recommend, worth the money!.
Great hotel, great design, very comfortable & guest freindly. Great service, too.
We enjoyed to sit & sip our drinlks under the glass dome of the lobby.
Beautiful interior, very helpful and attentive staff, free glass of champagne! Room was nice, albeit quite small. Would recommend it and would stay here again.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Lots of nice touches like drinks when you book in - free water in your room - very comfortable bed and pillows -.
Lovely rooms with all the lovely little luxuries you enjoy in a 5 star hotel such as complimentary hot organic drinks, gorgeous toiletries etc.
Our fourth visit to London but, first time staying in the City. Found Threadneedles to be well located and very pleasant. Plan to return.
It was very luxurious and the staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately we did not have time or leisure to make full use of the facilities.
Friendly welcome, central City location, attractive room, well-designed bathroom, comfortable bed. Concierge service is first class.

-The room was excellent.
-The location can´t be much better.
Great value for money at the weekend due to the location being in the heart of the city of London.
Very good hotel. The price was very cheap compared to the other hotels
with the same level.
Size of rooms and facilities in the rooms
Helpful attitude of all of the staff we met.

Room Layout/Facilities.
Superbly elegant hotel.
Rooms were very nice.
the bath & bed.
size of room.
Location and the quietness of rooms.
Good value via letsbookhotel.com, but if booked directly v expensive.
The room was good with excellent toiletries, a large bath and luxurious robe.
Location for City meetings , top notch bed !! Towels good as well !!.
When checking out I didn't get an invoice. As I was busy I didn't ask I am sure I would have got one but had no time to wait.
No concierge service to park the car, never expected that from a 5* hotel, this is a first for me, reception just gave me a map to the car park and a voucher, i'm used to London but even by my standards this car park was a bit of a nightmare so be warned, I know most people travel to the City by train but they need to sort this out.
The lighting was subdued, which is pleasant visually however not that practical in ones room, also it hid (well only to an extent as we noticed!) slightly dusty rooms and the furnishings are starting to look a little shabby.
The cost of the breakfast was within our room price which was nice but over pricy and feel we wouldn't have opted for this given the price if offered separately. Was far too much as if you were eating for 2-3 people to obviously compensate the price thats charged I'm guessing.
Nothing.
A little way out for a weekend visit if you want Covent Garden, West End
etc but its only a £10.00 taxi ride so no complaints really.
Room was slightly small but the bathroom was beautiful and big which made up for it.
No night life in walking distance, but this is understandable given the location.
Breakfast could be a bit more extensive. Glass of bubbles eg on Sundays,.
The room was smaller than I expected - I have paid less for a larger (and more luxurious room elsewhere).
The building works starting outside we think on a building next to the hotel at around 8:00 on a Sunday morning but that's not the hotels fault.
Hotel is hard to find because of the numbering in Threadneedle Street. Tiny gripes only, but the wardrobe doors in room 308 did not close properly so the internal lights were constantly on. The basin was cracked and the plug needed to be mended.
almost nothing;some slight cracking in bathside tiling.
The room was a bit cold even though I turned on the heat to the max.
Wifi questionable.
That we couldn't have stayed longer!!!!!.
The bar was closed and no service on sunday night in the lounge.
Expensive drinks and no Bacardi on offer.
the breakfast price a bit expensive £44 for two ?.
nothing,it was perfect.
The bed room was cold, although we asked to have the heating sorted out, not much seemed to have been done about it.
My collegue booked this accommodation and amended the booking to request a breakfast and although she received a response to say the instruction had been received I did not receive any breakfast for the 4 days stay!.
The bathroom was small with no separate shower.
No instructions on how to use the lift (had to walk up to 4th floor on arrival).
Tear in duvet cover that I kept catching my foot in.
unfortunately the cocktail bar was closed due to a power cut (service was still in place in the lobby though).
Room Small.
The room was slightly on the small side, but otherwise excellent.
Parking, a little confusing...
Breakfast not Included. Room window looks straight into office block.
Smell of fried food in lifts, staff trying to charge for breakfast
twice, including for the morning before we checked in.
the location.
having to wake up.
It needs updating, a bit tired. Also check out procedure v slow, c25 people waiting on Sunday morning.
The key card is required to work the lift and it is very temperamental. We spent a few minutes a day trying to get it to work!.
Lift was slow and quite a walk from lift to my room !!.
