Lo que la gente dice
The location is great. We stayed in a family room, and although it was basic, it was perfect for us, great to have a ensuite bathroom. Continental breakfast was nice. Nice staff. Great value.
We had our own key to enter the hotel so could come and go as we pleased.
Very nice Hotel, close to underground stations and Hyde Park. Very clean, very nice staff, very good conditions. I strongly recomend for those who wants to visit the city for a few days!. todo comentarios »
Friendly helpful staff.
Cheap for family of 5!!
Fantastic location.
Basic rooms but had tv, en suite and very clean and tidy.
Staff all very pleasant and considerate. Very happy with the hotel. Good value for money and comfortable. Great location.
Comfortable room, clean, warm, clean, - ensuite small and convenient. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate.
Basic hotel no frills but clean and quiet breakfast was good with a choice of extras at a reasonable price.
The room was spotlessly clean and the staff friendly.
great location clean very friendly staff.
proximity to London amenities - Notting Hill, Bayswater - and to tube lines.
Location, service.
Friendly reception saff. Location 5mins from the underground, and close to shops and restaurants.
Location was good. Close to Tube lines with easy access to central London.
Easy to get halal food for muslims like us.
Good location well lit area. Room clean.
The Breakfast.
Location.
We like Bayswater.
The food was nice.
nothing.
Bathroom tiny but no bit problem.
Family room bit cramped if staying more than few nights, but for us was fine.
Breakfast was a bit of a small choice, but anything included for the price we paid was a bonus!.
Wifi extra by purchasing a password from reception per device for 24 hours - this is irritating and the last thing you want to be bothered with after a busy day.
Very small room and en suite.
breakfast.
very basic.
Lack of extra facilities.
No kettle in room, very narrow bed. Noisy at night. Tiny shower, with no water pressure.
Everything else. NO AIR CONDITIONING it was 30 Degrees we could hardly breathe in the room it was like a sauna! No fans provided either. Room was a quadruple that was suitable for persons under 4 foot with the low roof. Poor hotel!.
The toilet/bathroom need to be repair, change the tile, the tile is too old and fibre bathroom is old.
The height of the bund bed is too low for an adult to seat on the bed, the bund bed is mend for children not for adult. My friend is not comfortable with the bund bed.
In the annex did not feel safe as no reception desk. 3 sets of bunk beds
none of which seem to be sturdy. The bathroom was a cupboard with a step
of at least 12 inches to get into, Windows did not close at all with the
catch hanging off one and the other had the soil pipe in the way. The
wardrobe was 4 piece of wood and a rail.
-Many many things,
-you have to pay for internet and also be very expensive.
-there is no elevator!
you have to pay for towels!.
They dont replace towels because they are 'sensitive' to the environment. Come on!! Toilet in room is smaller than the one in a plane. Walls between rooms are made of paper it seems. You cant sleep if someone is up in the next room. Not worth the saving, not recommended.
no parking, no lift, poor breakfast.
The wifi, that you pay for, only works on one device at a time.
The room was very small.
The Beds needed binned. The springs hurt when you lay down.
Soap and towels completely inadequate for a quadruple room
Reception service was woeful and unhelpful.
Ants in our bedroom.
Very Noisy.
Opening the door to our room and and being greeted by a tool bag drill and the toilet next to the bed dripping over the carpet we were given another room in another building 150m down the road which was unmaned cc tv every where which was dirty stained the beds had obscene graffite on no tea facility's and the em suite was no more than a caravan shower it is bad if u want pics ect can supply.
The level of room is very very bad. It look like a jail.
I booked a single room and they gave me small room with six beeds with very uncomfortable arrangment. The matreix were bad. I could not sleep at all.
The staff are not freindly and cooperative.
In sammary. It the worse hotle I stayed in ever. I do not recommend it for any person looking for nice night.
