Lo que la gente dice
Great hotel was in a great location for where we wanted to be. Good trAnsport links either bus or overground. Hotel has a pub underneath that is huge and full of character. Had to admit then I was worried it would be rough before we walked in, but the staff were lovely, very friendly and even met some of the locals who were great. The pub has it's own micro brewery and I would strongly suggest to try their own brew. The room was on the top floor which was ok for us, but there is no lift and the. todo comentarios »
Recently spent a week at the King William. If you're looking for luxury accommodations, this is not the place. But if you're looking for an affordable and clean place with a wonderful staff, you won't be disappointed here! Geoff and Emma-Jane were fabulous hosts and the amazing Brodie's Beers featured at the pub were an added bonus. The room was clean and comfortable, and although a bit outside of London, we found it very easy to get around on public transportation. There are plenty of af.
When the manager introduced me to my room. I noticed that the room was
nice, clean and smelt nice. The bathroom and shower area was nice, small
and compact but clean. The bed was nicely made and the windows was
opened a tiny bit letting in a cool breeze that refreshed the room. The
manger was helpful and she told me the various combination of the door
as well as the wifi password. The girl bartender working that night was
really cute and helpful she told me how to turn on the shower and
bathroo.
Wonderful place, Geoff was so great helped us with everything we needed & more the pub was wonderful rooms upstairs were great, you could never hear the pub from your room. Bus and train station were so close easy to get around. What a great place & time :) we would highly recommend.
Very friendly staff. Owner was fantastic and exceptionally helpful. The pub was very friendly and, if you like cask ales, exceptionally cheap. To summarise, the King William is cheap to stay and drink, comfortable, clean and with a friendly atmosphere - and brilliant staff.
This is located in an excellent brewpub and is full of character. There is an astounding array of world foods on your doorstep. It's probably a little edgy for some but if you want a break in the heart of real London, rhis is recommended.
We stayed at this pub, the staff could not do enough for you, the buses
are right outside the door very easy to go anywhere you want, will
definitely stay at this pub again, cannot say enough about the place,,.
This is a great pub with superb beers, froenldy staff, good evening meals and tidy, clean bedrooms. It is perfect for us when we are working in north London so I will be back this week.
It was close to a train station, great atmosphere, a real English pub with awesome locals, clean and a lovely comfortable bed. We were on the top floor so noise was never a problem.
Lovely Pub with really friendly staff and the room was clean tidy and large. The Pubs beers and food offering were great and the price of the rooms were excellent value for money.
Friendly, accomodating staff, clean room, and a great price near downtown London. Our train was quite late, but we were able to check in at the bar at almost 1am.
This is a very friendly pub that I have stayed in many times. It has basic but very clean rooms, excellent food and unbeatable beer. Served by very friendly staff.
The pub was a little rowdy.. It was a football and beer sort of place but everyone was still friendly and the drinks were very reasonable prices!.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great and very affordable. It's a good one or pale ale lovers.
Everything clean. Quality bedding, good toiletries, comfortable bed. Satisfactory drinks facilities. Enjoyable stay.
Great Pub with very friendly staff and excellent value for money. Great rooms very clean and tidy.
Great value for money.
Very near the Olympic Park and Westfield Shopping centre. good clean accomodation. Impressed by whole jar of coffee. Polite helpful staff.
friendless of staff second to none very good food at unbelievable prices .
Clean, cheap and convinent place! And a nice bar just downstairs.
the friendly staff and good people to talk to in the pub.
staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious.
The beer and the fixtures and fittings in the pub.
Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom.
Their craft beer selection was amazing.
Brewery, good beer just 1 minute away!.
Friendly, great value pub and hotel.
personel very friendly and helpfull.
Comfortable room. Excellent beer!!.
The beer. Great location. Got to stay in a brewery. All beers were only 1.99 each. Rooms were comfortable and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
Very friendly staff, and a great selection of homebrewed ales.
Good pub right in your hotel - what's not to like?! The pub can get quite busy, but once you are in your room, you won't hear the noise from the pub at all.
Very convenient procimity to both the London Underground (Victoria line) and Londn Overground, which makes it easy to get around, and in to the city centre. Rooms were big, but still budget friendly.
It was a good location for the short business trip, easy bus from Walthamstow Central tube, and staying in the Pub was handy for a drink.
The food was very nice (it's good pub grub not gourmet) and very reasonably priced, I recommend the Hunters Chicken!.
Basic, but very clean rooms. Would recommend to anyone needing a cheaper option stay in East London, especially if in a group of friends. Friendly and helpful staff behind the bar.
Great for the price - spacious room and clean. Generally excellent value for money at the price but don't expect too much for this in London!.
friendly bar staff. staying in a pub serving their own brewed real ales.
Price
Near to a Weatherpsoons
Above a pub
Owner very helpful.
Clean room, quiet location, friendly staff.
location was convenient for my research.
Cheap. Above a pub. Convenient. Basic but provided the essentials in reasonable order.
Convenient for our purposes. Pub very good.
It would have been nice if the manager cracked a smile she was
quite sexy.
Being really picky the rooms were a little tired but the positives easily outweighed this.
The beer is so good you will no want to work the day after.
No lift, lol just stairs.
Could not seem to get onto the Pub's internet. It seemed to connect to the Pubs wireless network but couldn't seem to get onto the Internet.
Wish it was closer to the Underground so you wouldn't have to take a bus connection, but it's not bad. (Or you can walk 15-20 mins).
I'd advise to get there around 6:00pm and find a parking space, it's free after 6pm. Before that its permit holders only.
Scruffy decor. Notwithstanding and accepting it is a pub, the raucous noise until after 2.00 am left us tired and unrefreshed. However, not sure where the rioters materialised from.
A little far from the tube, but there is a good bus service to get you to and from the tube. prefer an earlier check in. Breakfast no longer available on premisses but cafe just across road. Caught on a bad day as only one of their own beers available on bar.
Nothing for that price!.
nothing was all goood.
parking was a problem.
The shower was a bit dodgy and sometimes stopped and started.
Parking wasn't brilliant. I got lucky. More guidance on wghere to park would be good if the places outside the hotel are taken.
The landlord was very helpful with the parking and local facilities.
To find Parking spots is a challenge now and then.
nothing,.
Towell only changed once instead of every 2-3 days.
Room was a bit spartan but otherwise OK.
Our room was very cold, as the windows to the street were very drafty. Noise from street (several buses stop right outside the pub) can be heard all night.
Very low water pressure in the shower, but not a major downside.
A fair bit on the outer scirts of London, means that most eateries in the close vacinity are deap-fried-chicken places, or "all day breakfast" places. If you want a more touristy menu, you'll need to go in to the city centre.
Not the nicest place i have ever stayed granted, and the walls are thin.
The blinds in my room were like paper so very light in the morning, but rooms basic, clean and comfy.
Really basic, shower took an age to work out as all the controls were upside down.
no breakfast included in price. being unable to check in before 1500 hrs.
Parking is lucky
Top floor room
Next door very noisey.
It says free parking available when it wasnt. Huge trek up to the room.
five flights of stairs and street noise.
This is budget accommodation located on a busy road in east london. The room was noisy and the curtains did not block out much light. But you get what you pay for and for the price it represents good value with a charming old british pub downstairs.
Little rough around the edges. Radiator stuck on and the room was uncomfortably hot all night.
Unfortunately they had double booked and we were moved to a room with no
en suite facilities, sharing bathroom/toilet with landlord. I had
booked in feb so despite a discount we were not happy! Very poor
organisation!!.
No curtains in room
No good available
"Parking" is on the street with time restrictions
Rude manager.
