On arrival we were delighted to be told of our upgrade to a beautiful suite and escorted by the receptionist. My husband went to reception to report a faulty fan in the room. A replacement fan was brought to the room immediately by the receptionist. Thank you. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, free wifi, what else would o

The staff were very helpful and friendly. On arrival they upgraded me from a standard room to the Dinefwr Suite - the best room in the hotel! The suite was very luxurious - a huge bed with a lovely view down the valley - a huge bathroom - I couldn't fault it. The perfect retreat for a romantic break - just a shame I was on business! Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and service was extremely quick given that the hotel was full.
