Personal muy agradable y atento. Muy buena ubicación. - I did not need to ask for anything - everything was just right - the staff especially the concierge were very helpful with directions to various places in london. it was very resonably priced and close to leicester square for our theatre visit

me ha sorprendido gratamente porque creí que las habitaciones serían muy pequeñas y tienen un tamaño muy adecuado.La presentación es estupenda.Mi habitación daba a la calle principal y no se oía nada del tráfico.La calefacción estupenda.La limpieza impecable. en general lo mejor es la situación ya que esta muy bien comunicado con estación de metro y tren al lado y te permite incluso acercarte andando al centro de la zona uno - The hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere and a really good breakfast - great location, bright and clean

Room was basic but clean, I would recommend this hotel as it is central to all the main attractions. Staff are very friendly and helpful. - Courteous helpful staff, very very clean, excellent food - a very well run medium priced hotel

The staff were helpful. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for just 1 nights stay without spending ridiculous amounts of money for somewhere in central London. Easy to get to London Underground, literally a 5 minute walk to Euston/Euston Square. For the price, I can't complain. Pretty much luxury for a hostel! Definitely will be using the place again.

Staff were very attentive. I was able to leave luggage as I arrived well before check in time and they put it in my room for me. Room was clean and quiet. It was excellent that there was 24hrs free WIFI which was essential for business use
