On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner

I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. This is a quality hotel in a good area. The staff are very professional and the Concierge team (particularly Head Concierge, Rafiq) very helpful. I have stayed 5 - 6 times over the past 9 months and have been in different double rooms each time and all are clean and attractively designed and with adequate space. The staff was very helpful and warm , enjoyed our 5 day stay. In the center of many things close to the theater , museums , Buckingham palace, Albert and Victoria Museum, Natural Science, Winston Churchill's War Rooms, Big Ben ,Parliament, Westminster Abbey etc. walked everywhere no cab required. -

La situación del hotel era muy buena y buena comunicación (metro y autobuses) e incluso andando. La oferta, viendo que la noche en el hotel no es tan barata, me sorprendió cuando vi la ofrta de las cuatro noches!! - que tiene habitacion de fumadores y buenas habitaciones
