The freshly squeezed orange juice was a nice touch. - wonderful staff and great breakfast - incredibly accomodating with my partner and I who both avoid eating wheat, even finding us some bread we could eat. Also, i left my phone charger in the room, and the hotel staff sent it back to me free of charge. Cannot rate highly enough!!

I was looking for a hotel near to the O2, and the Ramada is excellent for that. Great if you arrive at London city airport. I was made very welcome from the moment I arrived at the hotel. Although this hotel is not in the centre of London, the DLR line (a metro line on the surface) station Prince Regent has direct access to the hotel and the station of Tower Gateway, in the centre of London, is within a trip of 15 minutes. Very friendly staff and extremely accomodating. Both rooms were of good size, and in excellent condition. Drinks facilities (tea, coffee, sugar) all present in the room.
