Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

We stayed for one night after attending a music concert mid week. The
king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was
immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and
chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and
set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking
distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies
running it all the best in the future.

The owners were fantastic and even stopped my car from getting a parking
ticket, and emailed me to let me know I'd left an item of clothing
behind, which they kindly posted for me.......thank you. The room was
bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of
Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest
house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay
without waffling on......

The manager was polite, friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was extremely good and freshly cooked. Room very clean, too. I ll reccommed it and stay again if visiting Brighton, even with friends.

I liked everything! I have never before been so impressed with a hotel or B&B. Great welcome, wonderful, thoughtful customer service with fantastic attention to detail. Amazing breakfasts served every day and clean well-presented and very comfortable rooms. I barely had to ask for anything during our stay as everything that could make our visit comfortable and pleasant had already been thought of! Brightonwave made our visit to Brighton really special & memorable - highly recommend

Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. Superb seafront location, could walk to anywhere in 5 mins. Freash homecooked breakfast to order, no warm ups. Would go back anytime, and would recommend them to anyone as simply a great loc

A very large party of 14 adults booked for the first weekend in October. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.
