The staff, Becky, and the others were very friendly and helpful. The services provided was very good and clean and maintained. Nicely located in the centre of the city, yet close to the waterside. Room was spacious immaculately clean. The wife and I enjoyed the experience. -

La ubicación perfecta y las habitaciones muy confortables - Las vistas sobre todo en los pisos superiores, la ubicacion en pleno centro pero lejos de ruidos de coches y de ambiente nocturno, pero a 10 minutos de él. En baño del hotel con bañera con television y plato de ducha muy bien distribuido y nada agobiante.

Stayed 18-20th July 2013 room 210. Had a great stay here. Arrived a bit early at 12.30 but there was a room ready so we could check in. The parking is right next door in the NCP multistorey carpark. Unfortunately the carpark lifts are out of action but that's NCP's fault. The hotel validate your parking ticket so it only costs £12.50 /day. The ro

NB. My husband and I stayed with our granddaughters aged 3 and 7)
We walked through the door to be greeted with mince pies and mulled wine and a friendly and festive welcome to us and our grandchildren.
The member of staff who checked us in understood our needs (my husband is disabled) and those of our grandchildren and put herself out to ensure these needs were met. The hotel was busy but we felt we were treated as if we were the only guests. We expect Mariott's to be comfortable and clean,

very quiet place to stay - not far at all to Cabot shopping centre and the restaurants (and other places of interest)!
Easy to just park the car in Cabot Circus and leave it for the weekend without the worry of parking tickets etc...
Lots of thought has gone into the apartment - every utensil possible in the kitchen and good quality oven - fridge

Wonderfully appointed apartment. The no parking was a non issue as you can park locally free overnight and as you are out during the day seeing the surrounding countryside paying is not really an issue.
The management team were very helpful when arrived and had not received the email with instructions to enter the
Apartment.

Loved the apartment, it was a great size and had a lovely vibe. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom and shower were very good. Everything was well presented and clean for our arrival and we had all of the facilities we needed, including kitchen utensils. -

We selected Brooks on the basis of their location in the heart of Bristol and value for money.
Staff were unfailingly professional and friendly, prepared to go the extra yard in service.
The décor is clean and sharp, relatively minimalist but still comfortable.
Bedroom was small which suited a short stay but may prove too petite for a longer stay

My wife was taken suddenly ill during the stay and was admitted to hospital. The sympathy, support and general kindness of the staff at the Guesthouse was quite amazing, making our situation so much easier and we shall always feel grateful for this. Apart from that, the room was very comfortable, the whole place was clean and well kept and the food was excellent. The welcome which we had even before our problems began was second to none and I would certainly stay there again.

This was my first stay in an apartment in the UK.
Wonderful apartment. Clean, stylish and cosy.
I liked the small balcony to walk out on.
All utilities, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave. Made this a home from home.
The location is superb for shopping at Cabot and going to the cinema.

I would use Premier Apartments again. -
Every fixture and fitting was not cheep and was spotless, every detail
was covered from dishwasher tablets and a hair drier to a bed that
made mine feel like a pile of rocks even the knives in the drawer were
laid out the same way! Easy access to cabots and broadmead and right
next to a spa and even though they are located near a busy area of
Bristol the sound proofing is excellent I couldn't be more pleased
with our room.
